      CHERRY TOMATO (classic, plum, on de vine)

CHERRY TOMATO CLASSIC

The cherry tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) is called this due to its resemblance in colour, size and sweet flavour to the cherry. They are available all year. It has a diameter between 1 and 3cm and a weight between 10 and 15 grams. Its flavour is less acid and much sweeter than a traditional tomato and is usually eaten raw but can be used in cooking.

BABY PLUM The Baby plum are small and of uniform shape. They are sweet. They are available all year, they have a diameter of between 2 and 3cm and their weight varies between 10 and 15 grams. . Its flavour is less acid and much sweeter than a classic cherry tomato and is usually eaten raw but can be used in cooking.

A fresh vegetable marketed in varying lengths of between 15 and 30cm with a fleshy consistency, the interior has spongy partitions with a velvety hair among the seeds. The interior holds between 5 and 9 seeds of sweet and slightly bitter taste and can be eaten raw or used in cooking. .

The cultivated asparagus belongs to the variety Asparagus officinalis L.
